A twist on the traditional Ayurvedic therapy bringing together the bliss of Shirodara ( shee-ro-DAR-a) with chakra balancing. A stream of warm organic oil is poured onto the third eye (forehead) and massaged into your scalp with long, langorous strokes. A stimulating neck, shoulder, scalp and facial massage draws the elements of the treatments together and provides you with a wonderously deep state of relaxation.

Chakradara balances the doshas, promotes deeper, more sound sleep, and moisturizes the hair and scalp.

This detoxifying body treatment is based upon ancient ayurvedic therapies called 'abhyanga' and 'lepa'. Both have been practiced in southern Asia for about 5,000 years to detoxify the body and promote health and well-being. You'll be carefully draped and covered in a detoxifying masque and will be massaged using special strokes designed to promote detoxification and movement of lymph. A longevitiy-enhancing tea will be poured over the masque, and our high-pressure vichy shower rinses away the stress and challenges of the day at the conclusion of the treatment.

Ology's signature body ritual...You'll begin in our meditation area with a ceremonial footbath and continue to our vichy hydrotherapy room where your body will be gently exfoliated and cleansed using organic vegan mineral salts and oils. A gentle ayurvedic massage designed to calm the soul concludes the wet portion of treatment. You'll then return to the meditation room for your own personal tea service and will be encouraged to stay as long as you like. It's best to bring loose-fitting, relaxed clothing to wear home and to plan a quiet evening resting peacefully.

Hammam is an age-old Turkish bathing ritual used to detoxify the body. 1,000 years ago, the Hammam was necessary to keep the body cleansed and radiant. This thirty minute treatment begins with you resting in our warm, darkened Vichy room. Your body will be aggressively exfoliated down to your fingers and toes – front to back – and is completed with long, firm strokes and an application of organic moisturizer to your back and shoulders.
